Today I just remembered something about yin and yang that my beloved owner of my favorite restaurant in this city told me sometime during the last two weeks but I don’t remember the exact day.
Anyway, according to my beloved lady, when you eat the right food, which balances yin and yang energies inside your body, you will see the world only through yin and yang theory but nothing else. Everything in this world is just yin and yang. When you doesn’t get on well with someone, whether you get mad at the person or he/she gets mad at you, that means one or both of you are having too much yin energy, and you have to eat more yang food to be balanced again. Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? But she looks really happy with everyone all the time. And she said to me: ‘You can try and experience it and then you will see how wonderful it is’. Okay, maybe I will give it a try. I have nothing to lose after all, right?
Another thing she said to me is that when you have too much yin or yang energy and you feel depressed (maybe it’s how I am now), you will always try to look for something new outside to experience and you never feel enough. You will never feel satisfied with whatever you’re doing because it’s the thing outside you. When you’re balanced, you should look deeper into your inner self and then you will find yourself. After you have already found yourself, you will never get bored with whatever you do, because you realize everyday you’re a new person. And you don’t need to go somewhere else or look for anything new in the outside world to satisfy yourself anymore, because everyday your own life is already a new journey.

I cannot say these things are right or wrong, because my life is such a mess right now, and I still don’t know what to do. And I’m not so sure how to balance myself and how to look deeper into my inner self.
